1. Eligibility for Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
Customized or personalized items are non-refundable.

3. Refund:
You will receive a refund for the original purchase amount to your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt as proof of return.
5. Processing Time:
Domestic Shipping
Our preferred logistics partners are Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC and India Post. All Domestic orders are eligible for Free shipping. Delivery time is approx. 5-7 business days.
International Shipping
We now ship internationally! International shipping charges are Flat Rs.2599. Delivery time is approx. 10-14 business days.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-19 working days for us to process the refund.
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Provide details of the issue and, if possible, attach photos to assist us in assessing the problem.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
7. Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired item.
